E-commerce has emerged as one of the most important distribution channels in the world, providing inexpensive and reliable consumer choices to millions of people who prefer the convenience of online shopping. Nowhere is this truer than in China, where Taobao, with its B2C branch TMall, have established themselves as the largest e-commerce site in the world, setting the benchmark for quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, e-commerce offers the producer immediate national distribution, as well as flexibility in product slate, pricing, and sales or promotional activity.

AustCham Shanghai and BritCham Shanghai are delighted to launch their Joint Chamber HR Workshop Series that aims to bring HR professionals and those working in roles that incorporate HR business functions for professional development workshop on different areas of Human Resources. Having a good job description at the beginning of recruitment process ensures the best candidate is selected.

The basic premise behind behavioral interviewing is this: the most accurate predictor of future performance is past performance in a similar situation.
